The attention-hungry socialite has signed a deal that means we can now watch her all day long! The station offers behind-the-scene footage of her music videos, as well as a host of other ‘bonus’ material.

The channel is proving very popular, with over 20,000 users.

It is already the 5th most viewed channel on the site.

Warsaw mermaid has chest covered for Miss World

WARSAW (Reuters) - Warsaw's symbol, a half naked mermaid, will have her chest covered on a poster promoting the Miss World competition after the original version was judged too erotic.

"The way the artist drew it first, one of her breasts was covered and one wasn't," said Tadeusz Deszkiewicz, director of Warsaw's promotion bureau. "The combination was very erotic."

The artist redrew the poster to include a sash over the mermaid's exposed breast. The Miss World pageant will be held in Warsaw on September 30.

The mermaid, central to Warsaw's founding legend, is depicted in two statues in the capital and appears on the city's crest as naked from the waist up.

Britain bans Internet sale of fresh sperm

LONDON [UPI] -- Internet sperm providers are to be contacted by Britain's Department of Health this week to inform them of new regulations covering the sale of fresh sperm.

The new rules will require that all sperm samples gathered by online providers be frozen and tested for viruses before being sold, the same regulations the government requires of Britain's health clinics, The Independent reported.

"We are saying they will not be able to sell fresh sperm direct," said a Department of Health source. "They will have to guarantee it has been screened for six months, the same way as clinics do. They will be subject to the same rules and will have to freeze sperm."

Online sale of sperm in Britain has increased dramatically recently due to the British government's decision to limit confidentiality in to sperm donations at clinics throughout the country.

The online providers will have until next April to conform to the new regulations, the newspaper said, and the effect of the new rules will likely be that such samples will remain frozen by female customers until self-insemination.

Hilton rep: Heiress wasn't accused of hacking Lohan

[AP] - SpoofCard.com says it has revoked customer Paris Hilton's privileges, saying in a statement on the company Web site that her account was used to "obtain unauthorized access to voicemail accounts on a national mobile telephone network."

Many of the other 50 customers whose accounts were terminated, as well as the victims of the unauthorized access, were celebrities--including alleged Hilton foe Lindsay Lohan, Zap2it.com reports.

"SpoofCard.com confirmed that Paris Hilton was among the terminated customers, and that Lindsay Lohan was among those whose voicemail accounts were broken into," reads the company's online statement.

SpoofCard doesn't directly accuse the heiress of targeting her former friend, and Hilton's rep backs this up.

"A close reading of the press release and the comments do not accuse Paris of violating Lindsay's voicemail," says Hilton rep Elliot Mintz. "She has not been accused of that. I find the statements by SpoofCard to be somewhat ambiguous and misleading.

"Also, historically, I can't think of anyone in America who has suffered more public humiliation of the invasion of her privacy as it pertains to communications devices than Paris Hilton," Mintz added.

In 2004, Hilton's Sidekick was hacked and the information from it leaked online.

Man receives four years for necrophilia

Gainesville Times - Parker Ward had no answers for why he had sex with the corpse of a woman he found dead inside a camper home.

In a hearing Wednesday in Forsyth County Superior Court, Ward paused before acknowledging to Judge Jeffrey Bagley that he had committed necrophilia.

Bagley sentenced Ward, 54, to four years in prison to be followed by four years of probation, a sentence recommended by District Attorney Penny Penn.

Necrophilia, one of the rarest felony crimes in Georgia, carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.

Asked by Bagley what happened on that night of Dec. 27, Ward began by saying he was "pretty much drunk" that night, having had about six rum drinks.

He said the 43-year-old woman's boyfriend asked him to check on her at her camper in the 2300 block of Canton Highway.

Getting no answer, Ward called the boyfriend, who told him to break down the door. Inside, Ward found the woman lying in bed unresponsive. Several empty prescription pill bottles were nearby.

"I checked her pulse, then tried to give her mouth to mouth," Ward told the judge.

"I knew it was kind of wrong," Ward said before admitting under further questioning that he had sex with the corpse, then called 911.

The death of the woman, whose name is not being disclosed because of the nature of the crime, was ruled an accidental drug overdose.

Authorities estimate she had been dead for about four hours. Her body was cold and rigor mortis had set in, authorities said.

Penn said sheriff's officials suspected her body had been tampered with. Confronted about it, Ward later confessed to investigators, she said.

Bagley said it was the first time he had taken a plea on this offense.

"I would say this is fairly rare," he said. "Certainly, the respect for the deceased is one of the reasons we have this law."

After the hearing, Penn said she was skeptical of Ward's claim of being drunk and that it did nothing to excuse his acts. "No one can be that drunk," she said.

Penn said Ward had previously made advances on the woman and had been spurned. She called the circumstances of the case "sad."

California lawmakers to allow condoms in prisons

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - California lawmakers passed a bill on Thursday to permit condom distribution in the state's prisons, where the HIV infection rate is eight times higher than on the streets of Los Angeles.

The bill now goes to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has not yet taken a position on it, according to his office.

California has the largest corrections system in the United States, with 162,000 mostly male inmates. Supporters say condoms are needed to stop the spread of HIV and AIDS among inmates and protect sexual partners of released prisoners.

The bill's author, Assemblyman Paul Koretz, said the HIV rate in state prisons is estimated to be eight times greater than among the general population of Los Angeles County.

Woman Held for Teen Sex Parties

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- A 46-year-old Lexington woman was arrested Wednesday after providing teenagers with alcohol and drugs, including birth control pills, during parties she hosted at her home, Lexington County deputies said.

Patricia Louise Hartwell has been throwing the parties for White Knoll High School students, encouraging them to drink and have sex, for nearly two years, Sheriff James Metts said.

The parties took place at Hartwell's apartment about 200 yards from the school, Metts said.

Deputies started investigating Hartwell earlier this month after a mother complained her 15-year-old daughter got drunk and had sex while staying overnight at Hartwell's apartment, Metts said.

Six students have given investigators written statements about what went on at the parties, the sheriff said.

The investigation is continuing and more charges could be filed, said Metts, who wants anybody who attended the parties or knew about them to call deputies.

Hartwell had a child that once attended White Knoll High School, deputies said.

Hartwell was charged with six counts of transferring beer to a minor, five counts of transferring liquor to a minor and five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Metts said.

She also has a record that includes driving under the influence and public disorderly conduct charges, sheriff's Maj. John Allard said.

She was being held at the Lexington County jail Wednesday awaiting a bond hearing.
